CardioFit is a program that offers 45 min sessions aimed towards weight loss and firming and toning. We cater for all fitness levels including the complete beginner. We offer online workouts and classes, as well as options to train at our fitness facility with limited people per class to always maintain a personal training touch with good social distancing.

Although all our workouts have a Cardio foundation we combine various functional body weight movements and some equipment to still work your muscles in a strength based manner.
