CardioFit is a program aimed towards weight loss and firming and toning. We cater for all fitness levels from the complete beginner all the way to the Advanced athlete. We offer guided and coached classes with limited people per class to always maintain a personal training touch with good social distancing.

Although all our workouts have a Cardio foundation to build a great sweat we combine various non technical functional training movements to still work your muscles in a strength based manner.

Our coaches are there to guide you, motivate you and assist with your individual needs when modifications are needed due to any specific limitations.
