CardioFit is a 45 min class, catered towards those looking for a non technical cardio based workout. Here we use numerous cardio machines like Rowers, Ski-ergs and Assault bikes combined with various functional movements and equipment to still work the muscles in a strength based manner.

We welcome all levels of fitness to join us as we pride ourselves with maintaining the personal training touch by limiting our classes to 12 people per Coach.
